Why this rating
Two paid months is a low bar for a voucher you can spend outside the network, and I joined on a friend’s code myself, so I have watched this one pay both sides. It stops short of the energy schemes because a voucher is not money.

The network is the one Vodafone's own customers use, now combined with Three's, so the coverage is what you would get going direct. The exempt list adds Facebook, Messenger, X and Pinterest to those three. Vodafone built VOXI for younger and social-heavy customers, which is why the plan shapes look the way they do.

The qualifying period is two billing cycles, not two calendar months, and once the reward unlocks you have 90 days to pick which voucher you want.
The claim link comes by email, to both of you. PayPal is the one option paid as cash; the Amazon and Just Eat gift cards can only be spent on those sites. Leaving VOXI before the second payment voids the reward for both sides, while switching plan only resizes it: the gift card matches the lowest plan held across the two months. VOXI's terms also void the referral if the friend applies a promo code at checkout, or joins through student verification or the one-month-free code, even though its FAQ tells students they can take both.
If the email hasn't arrived after the second payment, check the order first. A SIM ordered straight from voxi.co.uk is unreferred for good, because the link is the only thing that attributes it. Then check the billing history in the app, because the two payments have to be consecutive. If both are in order, VOXI support (opens in new tab) can look the referral up against your account.
